Tintin: Explorers on the Moon Plot Summary
In the previous book, Professor Tournesol Tintin and Haddock asked to join him on his adventure to the moon. After a series of events, the rocket was finally ready to take them to the moon. But all was not safe. There was a chance that the conspirators could thwart the course. In addition, mechanical defects would be fatal if not attended properly. The adventurers had vanished from High-G after the rocket takes off. Calls from land base for the answers sought in vain.
Now the rocket is accelerating out of the gravitational pull of the Earth, in space. Snowy is the first to regain consciousness. He wakes Tintin and others. Tartar is excited about their trip.
But suddenly, Thompson out of nowhere. They come out, asking for when the launch rocket. They are horrified to receive the true answer. Teacher is concerned that supplies of oxygen will last. Haddock is in a rage. It drives the two of them off, and settled for a drink.
Professor Thompson invited to watch the moon. But an accidental tug a lever causes the rocket to stop motion and gravity nutralize. Everyone starts floating. The captain is drunk and plays with his whiskey. Tintin manages to restart the rocket, causing gravity to return.
Tintin goes to the captain’s bridge to give magnetic boots, but find it empty. Suddenly, someone opens the outer door and the judgments of the rocket. Tournesol Tintin said that the captain is behind it and goes to investigate. Haddock is seen floating meters away from the rocket. Tintin realizes that an asteroid is pulling. Tintin educated teacher. Calculation of driving the rocket to the asteroid to save Haddock. Calculation obeyed. Haddock Tintin manages to rope and bring it back on the rocket.
